Mewtwo Strikes Back
Movie Mistakes
-
In the scene where trainers are using their Pokémon to fly to New Island a boy
takes of on a Pidgeot. A few minutes later, Officer Jenny appears, and he takes off
again on a Fearow.
-
One of the trainers claims that all his Pokémon are Water Pokémon. When
he shows his team he has a Nidoqueen, which is a Poison/Ground Pokémon.
-
When the screen of the cloning machine is showing Pokémon silhouettes, the
first Pokémon is Scyther, but Team Rocket says Alakazam.
-
During the fight between Ash and the tough trainer, the trainer throws up 5 or
6 Pokéballs, only 4 hit the ground, and only 3
Pokémon appear.
-
One kid says he rode over on a Pidgeotto, but it was a Pidgeot, anyway Pidgeotto
wouldn't be able to carry a human.
-
In the battle at the beginning of the Movie, the trainer sends out several Pokémon,
one of them is Golem, a Rock/Ground Pokémon. Pikachu attacks with
Thunderbolt, knocking out all the Pokémon, even though electric attacks don't
have an effect on Rock/Ground type Pokémon.
- This isn't really a mistake, but when Pikachu's silhouette appears on the screen
Team Rocket says "Who's that Pokémon?", even though they've been after
it for so long.
